Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cup fish fillet(s) (cream – herring fillet)
- 500 ml milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- some gherkins
- 1 apple
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the herring fillets into small pieces and place them in a bowl with the sauce. Cut the gherkins and apple into small cubes and add them. Stir in the sour cream and milk. Serve with potatoes.
