Ingredients
 

  • 50 g Wholemeal rye flour
  • 150 g Rye flour type 1370
  • 150 g Wheat flour type 550
  • 200 g Wheat flour type 1050
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Bread spice mix
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 45 g Sunflower seeds
  • 21 g Fresh yeast
  • 350 ml Lukewarm water
  • 1 packet Natural sourdough liquid in a 150g bag
  • Rye flour

Instructions
 

  • Knead the ingredients into a dough and let rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes, then cook in the preheated oven on the highest setting for 8 minutes. Then turn it down to 200 ° C and bake the bread for about 35 - 45 minutes.
