Sourdough Bread Rustic

- 50 g Wholemeal rye flour
- 150 g Rye flour type 1370
- 150 g Wheat flour type 550
- 200 g Wheat flour type 1050
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Bread spice mix
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 45 g Sunflower seeds
- 21 g Fresh yeast
- 350 Milliliters Lukewarm water
- 1 packet Natural sourdough liquid in a 150g bag
- Rye flour
