Ingredients
 

  • 3 Potatoes
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 30 g South Tyrolean bacon
  • 1 Apple fresh
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chives fresh

Instructions
 

  • Peel and wash the potatoes and cook them in salted boiling water. Drain and let cool.
  • Cut the potatoes into slices and fry them in clarified butter.
  • Peel the onion and cut into fine wedges. Sauté in hot fat until translucent.
  • Cut the bacon into thin strips. Add to the onion and fry with it.
  • Wash the apples, quarter them and remove the core. Cut into thin wedges. Melt the butter in a pan. Briefly sauté the apple wedges.
  • Put the potatoes, onion and bacon in the pan with the apple. Mix everything together. Season well with pepper and salt.
  • Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls. Add under the Gröstel.
  • If you like, you can also fry a fried egg ... or two ... 😉
