Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 12 chicken wings
- 400 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp paprika powder, hot
- 1 tbsp garlic granules
- 100 g Dijon mustard
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 75 g honey
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
For the chicken wings, wash the wings and pat them dry. If necessary, trim off the thin wing tips at the joint. In a 6-liter freezer bag, mix the flour with the spices. Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Dip the chicken wings in the beaten eggs and place them in the bag. Hold the top of the bag together and shake until the chicken wings are coated with flour. Heat the deep fryer to 200°C and fry the wings in batches. Remove and drain on kitchen towels. For the mustard and honey dip, mix all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Pour into serving bowls to serve.
