Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 gr. can/n beans, white
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 chicken (roast chicken), fresh
  • 200 g pork belly
  • 1 bunch of soup vegetables
  • 250 g potatoes, waxy
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Salt and pepper, black from the mill
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

delicious stew with white beans, corn, chicken and pork belly

Place the pork belly and chicken in a large pot. Add enough water to cover the chicken and simmer for about 90 minutes. In the meantime, chop the soup vegetables and peel and dice the potatoes and onion. Peel and quarter the tomatoes. Remove the meat and chicken from the pot, remove the bones, and chop all the meat. Return to the pot along with the prepared soup vegetables, potatoes, drained corn, and peeled and quartered tomatoes. Add the beans and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 20 minutes.
