Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g soybeans, dried
  • 1,000 g water
  • possibly vanilla sugar
  • Sweetener, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Place the soybeans in the mixing bowl and grind for 10 seconds/speed 10. Add water, and vanilla sugar if desired, and cook for 15 minutes/90°C/speed 3. Then puree for 1 minute/speed 8-9. Strain through a fine sieve into a container. Pour into glasses and season with sweetener to taste. Tip: Can be flavored with other ingredients, such as cocoa, honey, or lemon. This produces soy drink and okara. Okara is the residue, which can be easily incorporated into bread, for example.
