Nutritional value/active ingredients

7-10 g of beans are used to produce one liter of soy milk. As a result, soy milk provides valuable vegetable protein. Since soy drinks naturally have a lower proportion of calcium and B vitamins than cow’s milk, they are often fortified with these vital substances. However, it naturally contains vitamin E and folic acid. Vitamin E helps to protect cells from oxidative stress and folate, which is one of the B vitamins, is important for normal blood formation. Soy milk provides neither lactose (milk sugar) nor cholesterol and is therefore ideal for people who suffer from lactose intolerance or have high blood fat levels (cholesterol levels).
