Cut the peeled onions into eighths. Cut the cleaned bell peppers into 2 x 2 cm cubes and the washed and peeled potatoes into 1 x 1 cm cubes. Sauté the onions in a pressure cooker with a little oil until translucent. Then add the wine and let it reduce with the onions for about 5 minutes. Add the potatoes and bell peppers and fill with water until everything is covered. Finally, add the spices and simmer everything on low heat for at least 2 hours. At the same time, cook the soy cubes in broth on low heat for about 30 minutes until soft. After the cooking time, remove the soy chunks from the broth and add to the vegetables. Cook everything for at least another 30 minutes. Noodles or rice are suitable as a side dish.
