Soybean sprouts with minced meat

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 jars of soy sprouts, alternatively mung bean sprouts
  • Soy sauce
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Salt
  • pepper, black
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • 1 can mushrooms, whole heads, drained
  • e.g. cream or milk
  • 1 handful of bell pepper(s), cut into strips

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Fast, affordable and delicious

Peel and finely chop the onion, and fry it in a hot pan until translucent. Then add the minced meat and fry it. Now, according to your taste, add soy sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika. Now add the bean sprouts or mung bean sprouts and let everything simmer with the lid closed for about 10-15 minutes. If you want to add cream or milk, now is the time. Then simmer for another 5 minutes. This will give you a little more sauce for sauce lovers. Now add the mushrooms and a handful of bell pepper strips to the bean sprouts. Serve hot. Potatoes go best with this delicacy—we’ve unanimously agreed here at home.
