Spaetzle Made from Chickpea Flour

  • 300 g Chickpea flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 10 tbsp Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  1. Sift the flour into a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything well with the hand mixer. Let the dough soak for 10 minutes. Prepare a bowl with cold water and some salt.
