Ingredients

  • 300 g Chickpea flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 10 tbsp Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Sift the flour into a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything well with the hand mixer. Let the dough soak for 10 minutes. Prepare a bowl with cold water and some salt.
  • Bring water and salt to the boil in a large saucepan and scrape in the spaetzle using a spaetzle press or from the board.
  • Let the spaetzle simmer gently for about 1 minute and then remove it from the water with a ladle. Put them in the bowl with cold water and rinse briefly. Then drain well and place on a plate or in a bowl.
  • Before serving, briefly toss the spaetzle in a pan with butter so that it becomes warm again. If you want, you can also put the spaetzle in the preheated oven (circulating air, 100 ° C) so that it stays warm.
