Spagetti Bolognese

The perfect spagetti bolognese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

for the Bolognese

  • 500 g Organic ground beef
  • 2 Pc. Garlic clove
  • 1 Pc. Medium onion
  • 100 g Tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 kl. Cans Chopped tomatoes
  • Chopped basil and leaves to decorate
  • Grated cheese or Parmesan
  • Salt, pepper and a little sugar
  • Some white balsamic vinegar
  1. First of all … a good Bolognese takes time. 😉 Dice or chop the onion and garlic and sauté in the olive oil. Then add the minced meat and fry it until the egg white / water has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper. Now add the tomato paste and stir until the mince is well roasted on all sides. Then add the canned tomatoes and let them cook SLOWLY until there is no more liquid. This will usually take about 40 minutes. Stir more often, likes to burn. 😉 In the meantime, cook the pasta aldente according to the instructions. At the end of the Bolognese, add the chopped basil and a dash of balsamic vinegar and season again with salt, pepper and sugar (any one you like). Serve the Bolognese with the spaghetti and sprinkled cheese (or Parmesan). Good succeed! 😉
