  • 300 g Spiced pork meat / Thuringian Mett

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 pack Sieved tomatoes
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  • Peel the soup greens and cut into small cubes. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and sauté the vegetables (soup greens and onions) for 3 minutes - add the mince and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Prepare the spaghetti
  • Add 100 ml broth and 1 tetra pack of pureed tomatoes to the vegetable and mince mixture and let it simmer for another 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder and serve with the spaghetti.
  • Our son is a vegetable grouch - but he eats everything in soups and sauces .-) Therefore, this Bolognese variant is exactly his thing 🙂 Bon appetit!
