Spaghetti Bolognese Ala Mia
The perfect spaghetti bolognese ala mia recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Spaghetti
- 1 bunch Soup greens
- 300 g Spiced pork meat / Thuringian Mett
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 Onion
- 1 pack Sieved tomatos
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Peel the soup greens and cut into small cubes. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and sauté the vegetables (soup greens and onions) for 3 minutes – add the mince and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Prepare the spaghetti
- Add 100 ml broth and 1 tetra pack of pureed tomatoes to the vegetable and mince mixture and let it simmer for another 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder and serve with the spaghetti.
