Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 120 g bacon, diced
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g cream
  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti or other)
  • Salt
  • 100 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • pepper, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Spaghettini in the style of Köhlerin

Cook the spaghetti in salted water. Brown the bacon and onion in a small saucepan and set aside. Whisk together the eggs and cream. Drain the cooked spaghetti and return it to the pan. Add the bacon, onion, eggs, and cream. Sprinkle with the grated Emmental cheese and black pepper and mix well. Done!
