Spaghetti Arugula Pan

The perfect spaghetti arugula pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 gr Spaghetti
  • 150 gr Sucuk garlic sausage
  • 1 Red Paprika
  • 1 pole Spring onions fresh
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil
  • Chives fresh
  • 0,5 shell Arugula
  1. Bring the water with salt to a boil and cook the spaghetti in it.
  1. In the meantime, cut the sausage into slices, finely dice the paprika and cut the spring onions into thin rings.
  1. Heat a pan with a little oil and add the peppers first, then the sausage and finally the spring onions. Sear everything for about 5 minutes! Finally fold in the rocket and fry briefly until it has collapsed.
  1. Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it directly to the hot pan. Add a little more oil and toss everything well and fry the spaghetti briefly. Salt and pepper a little
  1. Serve on a warm plate and sprinkle with finely chopped chives.
