Spaghetti Arugula Pan
The perfect spaghetti arugula pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 gr Spaghetti
- 150 gr Sucuk garlic sausage
- 1 Red Paprika
- 1 pole Spring onions fresh
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil
- Chives fresh
- 0,5 shell Arugula
- Bring the water with salt to a boil and cook the spaghetti in it.
- In the meantime, cut the sausage into slices, finely dice the paprika and cut the spring onions into thin rings.
- Heat a pan with a little oil and add the peppers first, then the sausage and finally the spring onions. Sear everything for about 5 minutes! Finally fold in the rocket and fry briefly until it has collapsed.
- Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it directly to the hot pan. Add a little more oil and toss everything well and fry the spaghetti briefly. Salt and pepper a little
- Serve on a warm plate and sprinkle with finely chopped chives.
