- 500g spaghetti
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 200 g arugula
- Balsamic vinegar
- olive oil
- Salt
- pepper
- Sugar
- 100 g Parmesan

My favorite summer salad
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente, then rinse with water. Clean or peel the arugula, bell pepper, and garlic and finely dice. Grate some of the Parmesan cheese. Mix together a dressing from the balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, and olive oil. Add the arugula, bell pepper, onion, garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese to the dressing and mix well. Then pour the mixture over the spaghetti and toss well. Season the salad again to taste and finally grate the remaining Parmesan cheese over the salad. Tips: The salad can be varied very nicely with strawberries or spring onions. The salad tastes especially good if you use strawberry balsamic vinegar instead of plain balsamic vinegar.
