Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta (spaghetti)
- 250 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 onion(s)
- oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 point tomato(s), pureed
- possibly water
- salt and pepper
- Basil, some fresh leaves
- Cheese, grated
- Cayenne pepper
- herbs, Italian
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook spaghetti al dente according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, peel the onion and dice it into small cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions. Add the minced meat and fry. Peel the garlic cloves and press them in. Deglaze with the passata. Add a little more water if necessary. Season to taste. Finally, sprinkle with chopped basil. Serve with grated cheese, if desired.
