Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ½ small onion(s)
  • 1 small garlic clove(s)
  • 100 g minced meat (poultry mince)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 100 g tomatoes, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • herbs, fresh
  • 100 g pasta (wholemeal pasta)
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche (crème legere)
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • Water (salt water)

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

delicious Bolognese – recipe made from minced poultry

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced chicken. Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic cloves, and fry until translucent. Season the minced chicken mixture with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the tomato paste to the minced chicken mixture, stir to coat, and sauté briefly. Pour in the chopped tomatoes and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. Season the sauce again, season with herbs and crème fraîche, and season to taste. Serve with the whole-wheat pasta. If you don’t like the minced chicken, you can easily replace it with ground beef.
