Noodles with spicy turkey and paprika sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 large bell peppers (approx. 240 g), color of your choice
  • 200 g turkey breast
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tsp honey
  • some water
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp vegetable stock powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Tabasco
  • 250 g pasta

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Low fat 30 suitable

Heat the olive oil in a pan. Finely chop the onion and garlic, dice the bell pepper and turkey breast, and fry everything in the hot oil. Briefly fry the tomato paste. Then add the honey and dissolve it. Deglaze with a little water and the balsamic vinegar. Add the vegetable stock powder and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Tabasco. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta until al dente and serve with the sauce.
