Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 portion of minced meat
- 1 serving of vegetables (e.g. onions, peppers, carrots)
- 2 tbsp tomatoes, pureed
- 50 ml vegetable stock
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- salt and pepper
- chili
- herbs, Italian
- 1 serving of spaghetti (wholemeal or spelt)
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Finely dice the onions and brown them in 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the ground beef and fry until crumbly. Deglaze with vegetable stock and add the passata. Peel and chop the bell peppers and carrots, and add them to the ground beef. Simmer everything for 5 minutes over medium heat. Then season with Italian herbs, chili, garlic, and salt and pepper, if desired. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Serve with the Bolognese.
