Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 200 g margarine
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 250g spaghetti
  • 200 g ham
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 zucchini, approx. 200 g
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed, (Tomato al gusto)
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • herbs, Italian
  • 200 g cheese, whole or grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Make a sour cream dough from the flour, dry yeast, margarine, sour cream, and salt and chill. In the meantime, cook the spaghetti in salted water, drain, and transfer to a large bowl. Finely chop the ham, peppers, zucchini, and onions and add to the spaghetti. Add the sour cream, tomatoes, and seasonings and mix well. Take the dough out of the refrigerator and take a small portion (depending on the size of the dish). Line a greased baking dish with the larger amount of dough, including the edges. Roll out the previously taken amount and cut into strips. Pour the spaghetti mixture into the baking dish, grate the cheese over it, or sprinkle with the already grated cheese. Arrange the dough strips on top to form a rack. Bake at 180°C (fan oven) for about 45 minutes. A green salad goes well with it.
