Spaghetti, cheese and garlic salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 400 g grated cheese, e.g. Gouda, Emmental, Edam
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 100 ml oil
  • 200 ml water
  • 6 packs of herbs (7-herb salad dressing)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 25 minutes

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Mix together the water, oil, salad dressing, and crushed garlic to make a dressing. When the pasta has cooled slightly, pour the dressing over it. Depending on your preference, you can add the cheese now while the pasta is still slightly warm so it melts easily, or you can add it later. Let the salad stand in a cool place overnight.
