Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200g spaghetti
- 200 ml cooking cream or Cremefine
- 5 medium-sized garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp, heaped tomato paste
- 4 tbsp, heaped Pecorino, grated
- 1 chili pepper(s), dried, ground
- salt and pepper
- olive oil

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes
for garlic fans
Cook the spaghetti al dente. Meanwhile, in a large pan, sauté the garlic in a little olive oil, add the cream, and stir in the tomato paste. Add the chili pepper and cheese and stir everything together over low heat. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Toss the still-hot spaghetti with the sauce, let it simmer for a moment, and serve.
