Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 4 garlic cloves
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 5 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
- e.g. Chili, dried, from the mill
- tbsp chives
- tbsp basil
- ½ tsp oregano, dried
- tsp rosemary
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
delicious side dish to grilled food
Cook the spaghetti until al dente. Finely chop or press the garlic, add it to a bowl with the remaining ingredients, and mix well. Drain the spaghetti, add it to the marinade, and fold it in. Let it sit for a few hours and season again before serving, if desired. The amount of garlic, herbs, and chili can, of course, be adjusted to taste.
