Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300g spaghetti
  • 250 g fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • ½ small jar black olives, halved
  • 7 peppers, mild, finely chopped
  • 1 hot pepper (Piri Piri), finely chopped
  • 7 tomatoes, dried in oil, finely chopped
  • 1 small can of tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • Sugar
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente. Heat a large amount of olive oil in a pan. First, sauté the garlic and mushrooms for a few minutes. Then add all the remaining ingredients, finally the tomato paste. Simmer for a few minutes and season with salt, sugar, and pepper. Drain the spaghetti and serve immediately with the sauce.
