Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300g spaghetti
- 250 g fresh mushrooms, sliced
- ½ small jar black olives, halved
- 7 peppers, mild, finely chopped
- 1 hot pepper (Piri Piri), finely chopped
- 7 tomatoes, dried in oil, finely chopped
- 1 small can of tomatoes, chopped
- 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
- 1 small can of tomato paste
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground
- Sugar
- olive oil
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente. Heat a large amount of olive oil in a pan. First, sauté the garlic and mushrooms for a few minutes. Then add all the remaining ingredients, finally the tomato paste. Simmer for a few minutes and season with salt, sugar, and pepper. Drain the spaghetti and serve immediately with the sauce.
