Spaghetti pan with fried zucchini

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 80 g cooked ham
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 250g spaghetti
  • 120 g smoked bacon, streaky
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp Gouda, grated
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the ham into strips. Wash the chives, pat dry, and cut into rolls. Cook the pasta al dente and drain. Whisk the eggs with water, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir the cheese into the egg mixture. Trim and wash the zucchini and cut into 0.5 cm slices. Heat olive oil in a pan, fry the zucchini slices until golden brown on both sides, then remove. Add butter to the pan and heat. Fry the smoked bacon in it. Add the ham, pasta, and zucchini, pour the egg-cheese mixture over it, and let it set. Serve sprinkled with chives.
