Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 100g spaghetti
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 250 g quark
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • some paprika powder
  • some chives, dried
  • ½ small onion(s)
  • ½ garlic clove(s)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Break the spaghetti into small pieces and cook in salted water. Drain in a sieve and rinse under running water. For the herb quark, combine the quark with the listed ingredients. For the spaghetti fritters, vigorously beat the eggs with the breadcrumbs and flour and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the spaghetti. Heat oil in a pan and fry the pasta dough in small fritters. Serve immediately with the herb quark.
