  • 1 zucchini
  • 200 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Vegetarian

Cook the spaghetti al dente, then drain and arrange on a greased baking sheet or in a casserole dish. Chop all the vegetables and sauté them in a pan with a little oil, then arrange them on top of the spaghetti. Whisk together the cream (or a little more milk) with the eggs and some of the grated cheese and season well. If you like garlic, add freshly squeezed garlic. When seasoning, it’s okay to overseason it, as the pasta will absorb the liquid and lose some of its flavor. Pour the mixture evenly over the spaghetti. Finally, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and place it in the preheated oven. Bake at 200°C for 40-45 minutes.
