Spaghetti salad with garlic

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400g spaghetti
  • ½ package of arugula
  • 15 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 100 ml sweet cream
  • 100 g sour cream
  • n. B. vinegar
  • n. B. Oil
  • e.g. vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. Parmesan
  • ½ jar basil pesto

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions. When the spaghetti is done, place it in a colander, drain, and let cool. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti, chop the tomatoes, garlic, and mozzarella into small pieces, and place them in a bowl. When the pasta is cool, add it to the bowl with the tomatoes. Now add the sour cream, pesto, and cream. Wash the arugula and add it as well. Season to taste with oil, vinegar, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and vegetable broth.
