Mascarpone cherry almond dessert

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g cream
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g quark
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 jar cherry(s)
  • e.g. vanilla
  • 100 g almond sticks

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with a little cinnamon a Christmas dessert

Whip the cream until stiff. Combine the mascarpone, quark, sugar, and vanilla. Fold in the cream. Roast the almonds in a pan without oil. Drain the cherries and divide them into 4 bowls. Spread the quark mixture on top and sprinkle the almonds over the mixture. If desired, stir in a little cinnamon.
