Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 small cans of tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • ⅛ liter red wine
  • ¼ tube(s) Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Briefly fry the onion, add the minced meat, season with salt, and deglaze with red wine. Cook everything for about 10 minutes. Add the spices and cook for another 5 minutes. Destem the peeled tomatoes from the can and add their juice. Add the tomato paste, topping up with water if needed. Stir in the quartered garlic cloves and Parmesan cheese. Simmer gently for about 60 minutes, then season to taste.
