Spaghetti with avocado cream and shrimp

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 avocados
  • some milk
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 400g spaghetti
  • salt and pepper
  • 10 shrimp(s)
  • some lemon juice
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta al dente as usual. Purée the avocados with the garlic and a little milk in a blender or with an immersion blender until creamy. Carefully add the milk a little at a time so it doesn’t become too runny. Season with salt and pepper and let stand. Drizzle the prawns with lemon juice and fry in a pan with a little oil. Cover the hot spaghetti with the cream and top with the prawns. Serve with Parmesan cheese and more lemon juice, if desired. Please do not heat the cream! You can also put the cheese in the blender with the avocados and mix it directly into the cream.
