Spaghetti with blue cheese

Ingredients for 7 servings:

  • 750g spaghetti
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 packs of tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 pack of blue cheese (Bavaria Blu)
  • 2 cups of cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Fondor
  • e.g. chili powder
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente. Finely chop the onion and sauté in a little oil. Deglaze with the tomato puree, rinse the package with a little water, and add this to the sauce. Dice the Bavaria Blu (or another blue cheese) and add it to the tomato sauce. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until the cheese melts. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and Fondor, or chili if desired, and stir in the cream. Bring to a boil and serve with the pasta. A delicious lunch in minutes!
