Spaghetti with Chanterelle Cream Sauce

The perfect spaghetti with chanterelle cream sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Fresh chanterelles
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Herbal mixture TK
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 200 g Spaghetti
  • 2 small Fresh shallots
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp Freshly grated Parmesan
  1. Clean the mushrooms with a breast. Peel off shallots and cut into thin rings. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the mushrooms with the shallots in it. Pour in the cream, bring to the boil and simmer a little. Stir in the herbs. Season the mushroom cream sauce with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until firm to the bite, drain. Fold the pasta into the sauce. Arrange the spaghetti with chanterelle cream sauce on plates and serve sprinkled with Parmesan.
