Spaghetti with Garlic and Chilli

- 250 g Spaghetti
- Olive oil
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 Chilli pepper
- Parsely
- 2 tsp Salt
- Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet until al dente.
- Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices. Halve the chilli pepper, scrape out the seeds and finely chop. Chop the parsley very finely.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan. Fry the garlic and chilli briefly in it. Add a ladle (100 ml) pasta water. Mix in the parsley.
- Drain the pasta and add to the pan with the garlic oil and toss in it.
