Spaghetti with Garlic and Chilli

The perfect spaghetti with garlic and chilli recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • Olive oil
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Chilli pepper
  • Parsely
  • 2 tsp Salt
  1. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet until al dente.
  2. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices. Halve the chilli pepper, scrape out the seeds and finely chop. Chop the parsley very finely.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Fry the garlic and chilli briefly in it. Add a ladle (100 ml) pasta water. Mix in the parsley.
  4. Drain the pasta and add to the pan with the garlic oil and toss in it.
