Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 pepper(s) (Peperoncino)
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino

Cook the pasta. Finely chop the garlic and parsley. Roast the garlic and crushed chili pepper in oil until golden brown, season with salt, and sprinkle with parsley. Mix with the spaghetti and serve immediately. To maximize the flavor, make sure the sauce and pasta are ready at the same time.
