Spaghetti with garlic sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 160 g pasta, whole wheat spaghetti (raw weight)
  • some sea salt
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil, cold pressed
  • some herbal salt
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp marjoram, chopped, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of lightly salted water for 10 minutes until al dente. Meanwhile, peel the garlic, press it into the oil, and season the sauce with herb salt and cayenne pepper. Drain the pasta, rinse briefly with warm water, and toss with the garlic sauce. Sprinkle the marjoram over the top.
