- 100g spaghetti
- some olive oil
- 10 g ginger root
- 10 g turmeric root
- 30 ml cream
- salt and pepper

Cook the spaghetti in salted water. Meanwhile, peel the ginger and turmeric and chop as finely as possible. Lightly roast in olive oil, stirring constantly. Before it starts to get too brown, deglaze with cream. Scrape up any excess liquid that has stuck to the bottom. Stir to form a sauce and season with salt and pepper. Add the freshly drained spaghetti to the pan, stir well, and serve immediately.
