Spaghetti with goat cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ roll(s) goat cheese
  • 150 ml olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 250 g tomatoes
  • ½ bunch basil
  • 400g spaghetti
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Slice the goat cheese, quarter them, and place them in a large bowl. Pour olive oil over it, season with pepper, and let stand for 15 minutes. Peel and crush the garlic clove. Wash and quarter the tomatoes, and slice the basil. Add all ingredients to the cheese and oil, mix, and let stand at room temperature. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente, drain, and fluff with a wooden spoon. Add the slightly cooled spaghetti to the oil and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
