Wild garlic noodles with pork in cream cheese sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 160 g pasta (wild garlic pasta)
  • 200 g pork, e.g. schnitzel meat
  • 75 g herb cream cheese
  • butter
  • 2 small onions

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces. Dice the onions. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the meat and onions until golden brown. Add the pasta and cream cheese. Once the pan juices and cream cheese are blended, serve.
