Spaghetti with Hot Orange and Basil Sauce

  • 120 g Spaghetti
  • 250 g Oat cream
  • 1 Hot peppers
  • 1 Garlic clove chopped
  • 1 Sprig of basil
  • 0,5 Orange
  • 0,5 Yellow peppers
  • 2 Shallots
  • Orange pepper salt from my KB
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Date tomato
  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Roast the basil in a non-stick frying pan until the leaves begin to curl.
  3. Dice the shallots, cut the bell peppers into strips and cut the peppers into rings.
  4. Steam the shallots in the pan until translucent.
  5. Add the bell peppers, hot peppers and garlic. Steam for 2 minutes.
  6. Add the squeezed juice of half an orange, the basil and the cream. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Add two tablespoons of olive oil and season with orange pepper salt.
  7. Put the pasta on a plate. Add the sauce. Serve with a sliced ​​date tomato and some basil leaves.
