Tagliatelle in salmon, cream and broccoli sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small broccoli
  • 250 pasta, green (tagliatelle)
  • 200 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 150g mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (herbs)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • possibly milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the tagliatelle until al dente. Cut the broccoli into florets and cook until al dente, then drain. Sauté the onion and chopped garlic in a saucepan and pour in the cream. Add salt, pepper, paprika, and tomato paste. Cut the salmon into small pieces and add it to the sauce along with the herb cheese and shredded mozzarella. Dilute the sauce with a little milk. Bring to a boil and let it simmer briefly. Add the broccoli, mix, season to taste, and serve with the pasta.
