Spaghetti with mushroom and ham sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 3 onions
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 package of diced ham
  • 400 g mushrooms, from the can
  • 200 g herb cream cheese
  • pepper
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 3 tbsp oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

quick, easy, delicious

Cook spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions, then drain. Peel and dice the onions. Drain the mushrooms. Add oil to the pan. Fry the onions and diced ham until golden brown. Add the mushrooms and simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir in the cream cheese and cream and season with salt and pepper. Bring back to a boil. Serve the spaghetti with the mushroom and ham sauce.
