Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 can of tuna
- some olive oil
- 1 tomato(s)
- 1 small onion(s)
- some feta cheese
- some olives
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the bell peppers into approximately 1-2 cm pieces and lightly fry them in a pan with a little olive oil. Transfer to a small bowl and top with the tuna and the other ingredients. Add olive oil to taste. If you like, serve the salad with some bread and aioli.
