Spaghetti with oil

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • Water (salt water)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Spaghetti – super quick

Bring 5 liters of water with 2 tablespoons of salt to a boil in a large pot, then add the spaghetti and cook uncovered for about 7-8 minutes until al dente. Meanwhile, peel the garlic and finely slice it. Slowly heat the olive oil in a large pan and gently fry the garlic slices in the hot oil. Drain the spaghetti in a colander and let it drain. Add the spaghetti to the pan with the garlic, mix well, and finally season with salt and pepper.
