Spaghetti with Pumpkin Cream Sauce and Bacon
The perfect spaghetti with pumpkin cream sauce and bacon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Pumpkin (Pumkin) fresh
- 3 Fresh shallots
- 100 g Smoked bacon
- 200 ml Cream
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Seasoned salt from my KB
- 2 Telly cherry pepper
- Marjoram fresh
- Wash, clean and possibly peel the pumpkin. Depending on the variety! If Hokkaido had it, you don’t have to peel it. Then grate finely. Peel and finely dice shallots. Also dice the bacon. Cook spaghetti all dente according to the instructions on the packet.
- Wash the majora and roughly chop. Then mix the eggs with the cream, marjoram, seasoned salt and pepper. Sieve the pasta with the egg cream and add to the pumpkin. Simmer on the lowest level. Don’t falter!
- Serve.
