Spaghetti with pumpkin sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pumpkin(s)
  • 3 liters of salted water
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 500g spaghetti
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Boil the pumpkin, cut into pieces, and the onion in 3 liters of salted water. Remove from the water, puree the pumpkin flesh, and mix with crème fraîche and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the spaghetti in the pumpkin cooking water until al dente. Drain and serve with the sauce.
