Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter, soft
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 chili pepper(s), red, fresh
  • 3 tbsp parsley
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper, adM

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Deseed the chili pepper and finely chop it along with the parsley. Place the butter in a bowl and mix well with all the ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper. I put the butter in small silicone molds (like chocolate molds) and freeze them. The butter is quick to serve and looks pretty.
