Spaghetti with Salmon Sauce

The perfect spaghetti with salmon sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 180 g Spaghetti
  • 250 g Salmon fresh
  • Zest of half a lemon
  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese with horseradish
  • Milk
  • Salt pepper
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 Shallots
  • Olive oil
  • Parmasan
  1. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente. In the meantime, finely dice shallots and grate carrots (cleaned) into thin strips. Heat some oil in a large pan, add onions and carrots. Let simmer briefly. Add the cream cheese and deglaze a little with milk. Season and stir everything to create a creamy sauce.
  2. Dice skinless salmon and add, lastly the lemon zest. Let everything go through for just a few minutes. Season to taste if necessary. Drain the pasta and fold into the salmon sauce. Serve with freshly grated parmasan.
