Spaghetti with Salmon Sauce
The perfect spaghetti with salmon sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 180 g Spaghetti
- 250 g Salmon fresh
- Zest of half a lemon
- 2 tbsp Cream cheese with horseradish
- Milk
- Salt pepper
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Shallots
- Olive oil
- Parmasan
- Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente. In the meantime, finely dice shallots and grate carrots (cleaned) into thin strips. Heat some oil in a large pan, add onions and carrots. Let simmer briefly. Add the cream cheese and deglaze a little with milk. Season and stir everything to create a creamy sauce.
- Dice skinless salmon and add, lastly the lemon zest. Let everything go through for just a few minutes. Season to taste if necessary. Drain the pasta and fold into the salmon sauce. Serve with freshly grated parmasan.
