Spanish seafood Spain
Season fresh or frozen shrimp with olive oil, garlic, and pepper. Cut the squid into small pieces and marinate with olive oil, lemon, and parsley. Marinate both types of mussels with olive oil, chili, garlic, and parsley. Dice the salmon and marinate in white wine. It is important to let all the seafood marinate for 1-2 hours. Briefly fry the seafood individually in hot olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Fry the squid at the end, as it tends to draw water. Sprinkle some parsley over it. Bring the salted water for the spaghetti to a boil and add the saffron. Cook the spaghetti in the saffron-salted water until al dente and serve with the seafood. No special sauce is needed, as everything is fried in olive oil, and the remaining cooking oil is drizzle over the plates.
