Spaghetti with shrimp

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 package of king prawns
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 jar white wine
  • n. B. Sauce thickener, light
  • 500g spaghetti
  • some butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain through a sieve. Thaw the king prawns and season with salt and pepper. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, and brown them in heated butter. Add the king prawns. Deglaze with white wine. Then add the cream and thicken with the sauce thickener. Mix the sauce with the spaghetti and serve immediately.
